Functionalities

Setup
  • We install the system for you on our or your server
    When installed on our server, there will be a small monthly hosting fee
  • Then, we will start personalizing the application with your companies' fonts, colors and images
    For a smoother flow between your existing website
    and the new eCommerce site
  • Then optionally, we can integrate your website IN the eCommerce site
    You will only have one site to worry about
  • Then, we link the application with our or your mailserver and filesystems
    This makes it possible for the application to send and receive
    emails to and from customers
Control Panel
  • The control panel is a secured application
    It's password protected and is accessible only over SSL (HTTPS)
  • The control panel is a web application
    It can be accessed from any PC that is connected to the internet
  • Through this interface, you can create, update and delete products

Product Catalog
  • Multiple 'Departments'
    Possible departments are:
    • Womens
    • Mens
    • Kids
    • ...
  • All 'Articles' can have multiple 'Items'
    Create items by 'Color' and/or by 'Size'
  • 'Articles' are assigned to one or more 'Targets'
    Possible targets are:
    • Boys
    • Girls
    • Girl Teens
    • Boy Teens
    • 20-30-women
    • 30-40-men
    • ...
  • 'Targets' are assigned to one or more 'Departments'
    e.g. Boys, Boys Teens and 30-40-men will propably
    be assigned to the 'Mens' department
  • Every 'Article' must be assigned to exactly one 'Product Type'
    Possible product types are:
    • Pants
    • Shirts
    • Tees
    • Knitwear
    • ...
  • 'Product Types' are to be assigned to one or more 'Department'
    This creates the dynamic 'By Product Type' filter in the navigation menu
  • Every 'Article' can be assigned to one or more 'Categories'
    Possible categories are:
    • Basic
    • Fancy
    • On Sale
    • ...
  • 'Categories' are to be assigned to one or more 'Department'
    This creates the dynamic 'By Category' filter in the navigation menu
  • Every 'Article' can be assigned to one or more 'Tags'
    A 'Tag' an be just anything that a customer likes
    to identify himself or herself with like
    • specific social classes
    • specific fashion styles
    • ...
  • Every 'Article' can be assigned to one or more 'Spices'
    A 'Spice' is a very specific 'Visual Tag' hat will probably be a 'Look'
    or a 'Role Model' that customers might want to copy like

  • 'Tags' and 'Spices' are NOT assigned to 'Departments'
    This will dynamically create a completely new and different
    entrance to the same set of articles
  • Via the admin tool, lots of images can be uploaded
    images will automatically be duplicated in different
